i'm late! i'm late! for a very important date!
at the start of last semester, the bug i was riding on got in abit of an accident. idky but i get the feeling something bad is ganna start at the start of this new semester as well. idky. hopefully i havent been cursed. lol
i didnt goto school today though, due to the fact im not exactly 100% registered. i finally picked out my classes last nite and i needa pay. i have 2 classes sofar and im still debating the 3rd. idk i had issues w/ my mom this morning (as well as all day) but yeah.
we'll see. apart from having to reset my livejournal password (which is why i wasnt able to post this earlier), something just dosnt feel right.... idk what though.

our house got broken into last nite!!!!! ... came in through the kitchen window T_T
this freaking weird weird lizard thing we have in the backyard broke through our window screen and started eating one of our fruits inside
.......and now we don't know if its still in the house.. (tun tun tun) it looks like that dilophosaurus from jurassic park (the one that spit acid) lol actually we've seen it in the backyard we'v loved the thing but jeeze!!!! it took huge bites from this frutabomba we had laying in the kitchen......
and the scary part is that it could be ANYwhere... and i was crawling around on the floor last nite in my parents room at like 1 or 2 in the morning trying to sneak the presents i hid under their bed and putting them on their nitestand splintercell style..... XD (that could coulda freakin gotten me!! oh gawd!!!! lol)
damn fruit stealing lizard things! >_< atleast we gave it a merry christmas i suppose. lol

I always find this part the most hilarious:

Some fundamentalist Christian groups have accused Pokémon of being linked to Satan and Satanism.
The following is a summarized and (possibly incomplete) list of their reasoning for this accusation:
- Pokémon are like daemons. They are captured and must be invoked to perform tasks.
- Magical talismans (gym badges) are necessary to control many of them.
- Magical stones are used to evolve certain Pokémon
- Pokémon evolve. The concept of evolution is denied entirely by the most extreme and fundamentalist versions of creationism. Therefore, some people have taken Pokémon to be satanic or otherwise anti-Biblical.
- Many Pokémon have paranormal or Psychic powers. These powers are not derived from God and therefore must stem from Satan.
- Many Pokémon embody or practise Asian spiritual and mystical concepts. For example, some practise martial arts, which some Christian groups denounce as Pagan. The game world also incorporates Asian traditions about elemental forces.
